The Lux Hotel & Conference Center, an Ascend Collection Hotel

My husband and and I just stayed at this hotel this past weekend and the front desk was very friendly and helpful so wasn't the staff. We ate dinner at the restaurant and bar and the food and drinks were fabulous. Breakfast staff was helpful and friendly as well.We will definitely be staying there again

The room was nice and clean with the exception of the carpet which was due for a steam cleaning. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good and served in a pleasant dining area. The only serious issue we had was that the beds are twins ( not queens ) and extremely soft, to the point my wife and I were sinking into the center and we're not even fat. If you are accustomed to a firm mattress you may be uncomfortable.

The people who work here are so kind professional and friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious and everything works Great area for wine tasting and hiking Highly recommend

When we first arrived at the Lux Hotel we were greeted by Megan, who gave us our room key and welcomed us with a friendly atmosphere and smile. Megan’s welcome was the start to an awesome stay. The hotel housekeeping was absolutely phenomenal with keeping the hotel clean and stocked with fresh towels and making the bed, when we left for the day, all to return to fresh linen was a major relief. When we ate breakfast in the cafe one time there was no fruit available, but no worries, Tish (I may have spelled her name wrong my apologies) made sure when the shipment had been inventoried she brought over a fresh bowl of fruit. We were blown away by the dedication and great customer service of all the staff, big kudos to Megan for giving us great hospitality. We will book reservations again in the future.

Very basic but clean. The public spaces appear to have been recently renovated, but the rooms could use some updating. Bed was very comfy. Room appeared clean but dated. Bathroom was clean but in serious need of updating/remodeling. Vent did not work and the shower ceiling and caulk had the beginning signs of black mold. Toilet was oddly super low but worked fine (needs a soft close seat/lid). We did appreciate the room darkening shade. No light leaking in in the morning and had a nice picture printed on it. Price was OK... maybe a bit high considering the need for updates/renovations. The best part of our stay was the unexpectedly good meal and service in the on-site restaurant. Definitely the highlight of our overnight stay. We would stay here again, and would choose this hotel over the hotel across the road...

Was a great stay. Beds were amazing, clean. Only reason we didn't give the 5th stay was because the complementary breakfast was not good at all. The eggs, sausage and waffles were cold.

Better that expected for the price. Everything was good. Even the complimentary breakfast was above the normal. Real bakery bagels, fresh cut not frozen or canned fruit salad, top notch coffee. Clean room in perfect repair. Everything in the room was modern and close to new.

Overall so far my stay has been good. Some cleaning of the room could be desired. But front desk help by Mya Ortega has been wonderful. She has made my stay comfortable and she is very kind! She needs a raise and I hope everyone at this hotel is getting paid how they deserve and. Your restaurant bartender Steve is also highly recommended. So pleasurable and relaxed hwre that Ive extended my stay. I do recommend this hotel with just a tad more cleanliness and quietness in the morning hearing the vacuum is way too much when you want to sleep past nine am!
